I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy the show “Hire it Done” on Sunday mornings.

We are at that age when we have moved enough and are tired of 'doing it ourselves'. We are fortunately able to ‘hire it done’ when we need something started and completed.

On Sunday mornings it is a pleasure to listen to Adam explain things and listen to the 'experts' he has on as well. They speak in terms I can understand. He asks them questions that I would ask as well.

I have e mailed Adam about my proposed remodel of my kitchen and he has been honest. He has prompted me to go and do some research on my own. Not book research but things like the remodeling show.

He sure seems to be a gem to keep. No I am not his mom.

Thanks for listening. I hope this gets to his boss. My husband and I own a business, and we know you will always hear the things people don’t like – so I wanted to tell you something good. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for your help with this! I now have a new furnace from Flame! They did a great job! They were at my home when they said they would be--7:30 am. (Actually, they were early and waiting in the vans until 7:30!) They were always polite and personable, taking time to answer any questions I had throughout the day. They even took off their shoes when they had to walk someplace in my house where there was no tarp! When they were done, they cleaned up the area, explained the programmable thermostat to me, showed me how to change the filter, explained what all the piping was for, told me how to have the settings for winter/summer weather and even marked them to make it easier to remember, and hauled away my old monster of a furnace, They were great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the need of a furnace. Again, thank you for your help. I am sure that I made the correct decision to go with Flame!

I am happy you started this web site. I am the Facility Manager at the Capuchin Retreat Center in Washington Mi. In today’s work force it is hard to find a quality contractor and or supplier that give you an honest bid. I have tried your web site on three projects we have in process here this year. 1. Thank you for helping me with my air conditioning needs. I am still in shock as to how good Air Master really is. Jeff Fry came out to address an air conditioning problem I was having. I have had other heating and cooling companies come in and try to get me to pay over $1,000 for a part that actually wasn’t broken in the first place. Jeff had took apart the problem area (which the other companies didn’t bother to do) and he had found out the problem was a simple condensation trap issue. A previous company had not installed this trap and instead were trying to get me to pay for something that wasn’t broken when they originally came out to assess the problem. Even though the trap was found to be the culprit of the leaking issues the air conditioner was having, Jeff still did a thorough inspection of everything to make sure that all was well with the system. Jeff also took the time to educate me and did not try to sell me parts I didn’t need or talk over my head as previous heating and cooling companies have tried to do. He was honest and really knew his stuff. Air Master has a new customer for life and I will tell everyone I know to use Hire It Done.
