Adam,  I can't thank you enough for providing your service to all of us that own a hammer and have no idea how to use it.
I had horrible damage from ice damming and had no idea where to turn. With your help I was able to receive 3 quotes from a group of amazing practitioners that you have assembled and approved.
We went with Mendolson - I have to say they were not only amazing, but extremely patient with us as well. They took a lot of time to explain to us the process and what needed to be done. They uncovered an additional issue which was the previously unknown root cause of a lot what was allowing the damage to occur. It delayed the job a day while we got a roofer over to the house, but they never complained. They were a joy to work with.
The work they did was remarkable. The room looks better than the day we moved in.
I can't thank you enough for the recommendation and the service you provide!!  If there is anyone ever in need, if there is anyone I see without clear direction - it is clear to me that my best advice to them would be to: Hire it done!

I'm sure glad I came across your Sunday morning show on MAGIC 105.1 radio.  I enjoy your show every Sunday morning.  I can't thank you enough for providing this service to us.

I received an email and a phone call from Larry Steele at Top Notch Mechanical in response to my request for furnace maintenance.  When I spoke with Larry, he answered all of my questions in a very professional and respectful manner.  He told me that his technician, Mike, would be at my house at 8:00 a.m. on Friday morning.  At exactly 8:00 a.m. on Friday, Mike pulled into my driveway.  Mike also answered all of my questions, was very polite, professional and respectful.  He went right to work and cleaned up after himself.  After he left, you couldn't even tell he had been there, except for how clean my furnace was on the inside!  This whole experience was wonderful and I will definitely use HireItDone.com and Top Notch Mechanical again and again and again!

What a great service you offer! I had gotton an estimate fro a new roof from a company not associated with Hire it Done and just did not feel comfortale with them. Felt they were a little secretive and pricey. Used your website for the first time and coose American Standard Roofing to install my new roof. What a great job they did! They suggested I go online & check out the product they use, they did the job in one day, they left no debris behind and they have very competitive prices. I felt they were very honest & hired them on the spot. I would recommend them to everyone as I will your website!

Thanks for all your advice, it comes in very handy. I've had a furnace and air condition installed by Pritchard and am very happy.

I've also built a beautiful "staycation" in my backyard thanks to one of your radio broadcasts this summer. Now with winter coming I had a question. I have a ridge vent on my roof and gable vents at each end. Do I still need soffet vents for air flow or is it good with just the ridge vent and gable vents.

Good Morning!

I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy the show “Hire it Done” on Sunday mornings.

We are at that age when we have moved enough and are tired of 'doing it ourselves'. We are fortunately able to ‘hire it done’ when we need something started and completed.

On Sunday mornings it is a pleasure to listen to Adam explain things and listen to the 'experts' he has on as well. They speak in terms I can understand. He asks them questions that I would ask as well.

I have e mailed Adam about my proposed remodel of my kitchen and he has been honest. He has prompted me to go and do some research on my own. Not book research but things like the remodeling show.

He sure seems to be a gem to keep. No I am not his mom.

Thanks for listening. I hope this gets to his boss. My husband and I own a business, and we know you will always hear the things people don’t like – so I wanted to tell you something good. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for your help with this!  I now have a new furnace from Flame!  They did a great job!  They were at my home when they said they would be--7:30 am.  (Actually, they were early and waiting in the vans until 7:30!)  They were always polite and personable, taking time to answer any questions I had throughout the day. They even took off their shoes when they had to walk someplace in my house where there was no tarp!  When they were done, they cleaned up the area, explained the programmable thermostat to me, showed me how to change the filter, explained what all the piping was for, told me how to have the settings for winter/summer weather and even marked them to make it easier to remember, and hauled away my old monster of a furnace,  They were great!  I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the need of a furnace.  Again, thank you for your help.  I am sure that I made the correct decision to go with Flame!

 Thank you for helping me with my air conditioning needs. I am still in shock as to how good Air Master really is. Jeff Fry came out to address an air conditioning problem I was having. I have had other heating and cooling companies come in and try to get me to pay over $1,000 for a part that actually wasn’t broken in the first place. Jeff had took apart the problem area (which the other companies didn’t bother to do) and he had found out the problem was a simple condensation trap issue. A previous company had not installed this trap and instead were trying to get me to pay for something that wasn’t broken when they originally came out to assess the problem. Even though the trap was found to be the culprit of the leaking issues the air conditioner was having, Jeff still did a thorough inspection of everything to make sure that all was well with the system. Jeff also took the time to educate me and did not try to sell me parts I didn’t need or talk over my head as previous heating and cooling companies have tried to do. He was honest and really knew his stuff. Air Master has a new customer for life and I will tell everyone I know to use Hire It Done.

I wanted to thank you for referring Greg Tittle of Tittle Brothers Construction to us last year for our new garage floor and driveway.

I would like to thank Don and the installers for the hard work that was done on my new AC/heat pump and new furnace installation. I am enjoying it this summer as I have not had AC in my home of 13 years.

I thought that Don answered all my questions during the estimate appointment very professionally. I was very impressed at how knowledgable on the new heating and cooling systems Don was. He spelled out each step of the installation. When I thought that financing would be a problem, Don made a phone call, and within minutes, I was approved for the job.

The installers removed my old furnace and installed the new one and cleaned up very well when they were finished. I appreciated that. When I called to ask questions, Don was prompt in answering and sent the installer back to fix my own little quirk with how the furnace was mounted in our crawlspace.  The installer returned to mount my furnace from the rafters of the crawl space, the way I wanted it done. I am happy.

I look forward to our fall appointment to show us how to use the thermostat with our new heat pump. Also look forward to the savings the heat pump will give us this winter.

I will recommend Airmaster to all my friends and family.

Dear Adam:

I am writing to follow-up on our previous notes regarding Northern Pines Landscaping.  As promised, I received a call from Craig Sao, owner of Northern Pines.  He and I agreed on a price and a day for the work to be done.  Craig was to send two of his men to remove the tree stump from our back yard.  They arrived on Monday, May 18^th, as scheduled.  They were friendly, courteous and professional.  They handled the job quickly and efficiently, and made a point of cleaning up the debris from their work and hauling away the remains of the stump and the roots.  Everything that they did adhered to my agreement with Craig, including the price, which we felt was reasonable and fair for this job.  In summary, we are completely satisfied with Northern Pines Landscaping, and we would recommend this company to our neighbors.

…they came out and cleaned the gutters and tweaked the downspouts that kept falling off. They could not have been nicer. Kept in touch with me in regards to when they would be there because they were so backed from the week before.  The Saturday they were there to clean it poured the rain as they were standing underneath the awning waiting for a break to load up and come back the next day. We laughed about it the very next day which was Sunday, and completed the job. I would recommend them highly and plan on using their services again real soon.

I had an awesome experience with Telesco Flooring that I want you to know about. I bought my first condo about six weeks ago and through your website was contacted by Jeff Telesco for purchase and installation of hardwood floors throughout the condo. From the moment I spoke with Jeff I knew he was someone I wanted to do business with, but was fairly certain his quote would be much higher than other contractors I had bid forthe job. He was professional, patient and genuine in his approach. 

I felt no pressure, zero, nadda to work with him but a strong sense of integrity and commitment to what he and his company stood for. I had very specific time lines for the job and Jeff always aimed to please, accomodating me. The contractors were all pleasant, courteous and eager to please as well. They were thorough and careful in their work yet highly efficient. I am thrilled with the floors and would in a minute recommend telesco. Not only was I told by Jeff that the work would be done! for me like I was a family member of his, I was shown this through their actions on multiple occations. The icing on the case was that Telesco flooring was the least expensive quote I recieved. I couldn't be happier!

You came through for me again! Thank you for hooking me up with Great Lakes Door. Keith and Ben came out to look at my garage door opener that had been giving me some trouble. These two gentlemen were fantastic! They explained everything to me at my level without talking down to me. They answered all of my questions, told me what I was doing wrong and why. They also told me what I was doing right and why. I had a broken spring which they replaced in no time at all. I'm very happy with the work and the professionalism I received.

I used your service to find a painter to freshen my Mom's house. My dad passed away. The room walls where marked up from the hospice equipment.

I was recovering from severe illness and could not do the work myself. We found a great guy through your service. He was very nice and proffessional. He did great job.

A few days ago I submitted a question about a problem I was having with a
florescent light fixture in the ceiling of my kitchen that appeared to
need a new ballast.  

Within a very short time I received an e-mail from
Pritchard in Livonia where I live offering to handle the problem for me.

 Hi Adam,  Thank you for creating such a site as this one!!  The Landscape Company that we hired, Titan Topsoil, could not have done a better job!!  Ryan, who was an absolute delight to deal with, said they would be here 9:00am, and sure enough they were!!

We wouldn't hesitate for a moment to hire them again for any job we might have; in fact our sod looks so good in back, I'm thinking we need to do the front too!! And, their Tree trim group did a fantastic job on our (2) 50 yr. old Maples!!

Just wanted to thank you for your help with my broken spring on my garage door. Keith came out today from Great Lakes Door, It seems I have a lot more going on than just the spring issue. Anyone else would have just fixed the spring and knowing I would be calling back to get the door replaced. He is going to set me up and have it all done tomorrow. Great shows. No I am hooked on Saturday mornings as well as Sundays.  Question: Your info on all the big projects is great, but I have lots of little projects...like putting in a new vanity or changing the fixtures in the shower...I hesitate to call one of the big guns for such little jobs...can you make some suggestions...

PS. I still recommend Tittle to all my neighbors for roofing and I loved the work Mendelshonns did in my spare home as I prepare it for sale.  Thank you for your service.  I feel I have a trusted friend with a lot of info I can use.
